A Scientific-Artistic laboratory functions at the organization of "Azerkhalcha". The laboratory's team, consisting of professional artists, individually studies ancient Azerbaijani carpets and prepares new designs for their mass production. Besides that, the team, under Kamil Aliyev's supervision, participates in the creation of new and new compositions. The raw materials needed for the production, (the firm produces both: pile and not pile carpets and also souvenir goods) come from local resources. The spinning-dyeing factory, which is under the Union's supervision and provides Azerbaijani farmers with silk, produces silk yarn dyed according to the national ornament. The production meets the world standards. The factory sends its production to 28 enterprises of the Union, which are engaged in carpet-making. The finished production goes through the Commission of Quality Control, so that its quality level can be determined. And after that, the production reaches the Union's storehouse for further exporting.
